Limassol Cyprus bbf: Full time €40,000 - €60,000 per year

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Russian Speaking Lawyer to join our team in Limassol.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, services agreements, management and/or rental agreements, power of attorneys and any other legal documents.
  • Handling and/or coordinating with external advisors about various corporate issues.
  • Undertaking filing, scanning, electronic filing and any other organization task.
  • Participating in meetings and having ongoing communication with clients, banks, and other relevant authorities.
  • Communicating with clients for the sales process, vat procedures and other relevant procedure
  • Undertaking any other legal administrative responsibilities, according to the needs of the Group

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certification or coursework in Legal Studies, Compliance, or Corporate Governance will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory; knowledge of Greek is considered as an advantage.
  • High level of stress resistance and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
