We are looking for a Junior Budget Controller to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Initiation of requests for expenditure of funds;
  • Active communication with various departments and hubs of the company regarding expenses and their approval;
  • Participation in payment process: review payment requests in 1C, ensure correctness of requests and determining whether payment requests are in compliance with budget and internal regulations;
  • Maintenance of supporting documentation (collection, review, expiration etc);
  • Maintenance of Excel/Google sheets cost spreadsheets on daily/monthly basis.

Essential professional experience:

  • Higher education in Finance/Accounting/Economics is required;
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting and budgeting principles;
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Knowledge of 1C will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Ukrainian and English;
  • Knowledge of Russian & Greek language will be considered as an advantage;
  • High attention to details, analytical skills, responsible, positive, team-oriented and all can do attitude;
  • Professional treatment of confidential information.
