Assistant Audit Manager

Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified member of ACCA or ACA.
- At least 2-4 years of audit experience in an audit firm.
- Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), with proven ability to apply them in practice.
- Very good command of both Greek and English languages.
- Strong proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform audit procedures, plan and lead engagements with clear timelines and objectives.
- Conduct initial risk assessments and prepare audit strategy documentation.
- Review audit files, ensuring proper referencing, cross-checking, and compliance with methodology.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and manage expectations.
- Coach and support staff, identifying areas for growth and encouraging development.
- Monitor progress against budgets and deadlines, reporting variances to Managers or Partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including quality control processes.
