Global Relationship Manager (Key Account Manager) - Cyprus

Client Information:

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing payments company committed to streamlining payment processes and enabling secure payment acceptance for fast-scaling enterprises across Asia. Operating in seven countries-Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos-they combine deep local expertise with global standards to deliver reliable and compliant payment solutions that drive business growth.

Rama 9, Bangkok, Thailand

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: USD 5,000 - 8,000
  • Annual round-trip flight to home country
  • Full Relocation package (includes flight to Bangkok, visa & work permit, and housing in Bangkok, Thailand)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and develop effective market entry strategies.
  • Present solutions and engage potential clients through strategic discussions.
  • Evaluate customer market activities and external data to anticipate changes impacting client needs.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth across all product categories within assigned accounts.
  • Propose innovative solutions to existing clients to support their evolving goals.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align strategies and ensure service excellence.
  • Define service solutions and drive systems integration between the client and company.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to strengthen relationships.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in E-Payment Solutions or Financial Services in Cyprus (regardless of nationality)
    .
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to engage across technical and business functions.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and end-to-end projects.
  • Strong sales skills including pricing, pitching, negotiation, and prospecting.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with both clients and internal teams.
  • Track record of exceeding growth targets and driving revenue.
  • Knowledge of innovative digital payment products is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Thailand for one year.
