PERHA Group is a premium HR Consulting agency providing consulting services embracing all aspects of the employee life cycle and it was founded with the purpose of being a business partner to companies with high ambitions for employee engagement and results.

We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Officer to support hiring, manage job postings, and assist in the full recruitment cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Opening and running of new job positions in ATS
  • Preparing or amending job descriptions according to the company needs
  • Posting the job adverts on various job portals and managing the recruitment posting cycle
  • Assisting with the conduct of interviews including screening calls, assessment tests, in-house and online interviews.
  • Screening and selection of incoming CVs applications from candidates
  • Liaise and organize interviews with candidates according to the hiring managers schedule
  • Effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on Headhunting through LinkedIn
  • Taking part in other HR/ Recruitment procedures and processes assigned by the management

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality
  • Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered an advantage
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives
  • Fluency in English & Greek language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
