What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop creative sourcing strategies.
  • Use your detective skills to find hidden gems on LinkedIn, social media & beyond.
  • Track, report & optimize recruitment KPIs.
  • Build a diverse pipeline and create an unforgettable candidate experience.
  • Be a brand ambassador for our iGaming culture and team values.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency – iGaming or tech is a HUGE plus).
  • Proven success in filling technical and creative roles.
  • Natural networker with strong communication skills.
  • Obsessed with candidate experience & employer branding.
  • Fluent in English (other languages will be considered a plus).
  • Driven, curious, and full of positive energy.
