At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive Senior Payment Partnerships Manager with a strategic thinking to lead the integration and management of various Payment Service Providers (PSPs) into our proprietary payment gateway. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal payment performance and building strong relationships with our payment partners.Key Responsibilities:Leverage payments expertise and market insights to shape strategic partnerships that create value for Welltech and its usersEstablish new partnerships with 3rd party payment schemes and suppliers that are needed to expand the payment method portfolio and improve processing excellence worldwideManage and develop relationships with existing partners and communicate with them about fluctuations in payment metrics performance, and collaborate to implement improvementsNegotiate new terms and conditions related to commissions, volumes, etc.Ensure all partner agreements and activities meet applicable regulatory, AML, and compliance obligationsGather inputs from and coordinate with internal stakeholders (including payment ops, product, engineering, treasury, finance, legal, etc.) on the creation and execution of the partnerships to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment solutionsAct as the primary contact for designated partnersResponsible for the coordination and monitoring of the entire partner setupRequirements:5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships roles within the payments or fintech space.Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card schemes, APMs (alternative payment methods), acquirers, and routing logicKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (AML, PSD2, 3DS, card scheme rules)Strong interpersonal and partner-facing communication skills — comfortable leading discussions with external stakeholders (banks, PSPs, vendors)Cooperating and working with multiple departments and cross-functional teamsAdvanced English levelCandidate journey Recruiter call --> Skills assessment--> Meet the Leadership team Why You'll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
