Administrator job description should contain a variety of functions

and roles including:(Duties and responsibilities):

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the "art" of client service and

will have an abundance of ideas for supporting efficient strategies.

Administrator typically serve as top executive. They are charged with

designing, orchestrating, and improving customer experiences across all

customer touchpoints, including customer service. These executive

officers are responsible for creating a company-wide focus on customers

and establishing metrics for defining customer relationships. In addition,

glean insight from customer interactions that could lead to new

opportunities, new markets, or increased revenue.

Developing a clear view of customer needs.

Balancing customer acquisition with customer retention. help companies identify

their best customers and find more of the same without hurting existing

relationships.

Creating and managing customer value metrics that can be used to prioritize

service.

Identifying sources of dissatisfaction and potential customer defections.

Helping the entire organization to adopt a customer-centric mindset.

Develop and oversee the customers journey with focus on the actual experience

at our clients' premises, as well as on dedicated events.

Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone,

email, social media, or chat applications.

Required qualifications and skills:

 At least 1 year of experience as an administrator or customer care

executive/ Secretary

 Demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional

customer service

 Client service Oriented

 Displays a passionate, enthusiastic and determined attitude

 Possesses proficiency in the English language.

 Exhibits strong interpersonal and communicate skills

 Demonstrates excellent proficiency in MS Office applications

Remuneration - Benefits:

 1.600€- 1.800€ Gross salary (based on previous experience)

 13 Payments

 21 days' vacation,

 sick leave

 and other standard benefits

 Monday to Friday
