Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance across regulated entities (CySEC, and other relevant jurisdictions).
  • Support regulatory reporting and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research on local and international regulations and provide actionable summaries.
  • Prepare and review compliance documentation, board packs, and internal policies/procedures.
  • Manage and track ongoing compliance projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments, regulators, and external advisors.
  • Provide analytical support for compliance assessments, risk reviews, and regulatory change impact.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Law studies are a plus.
  • Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification (AML CySEC certification is an advantage).
  • Solid compliance experience within a reputable financial institution (3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong exposure to CySEC and other jurisdictions' regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to understand and work with complex corporate structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage operational, legal, and regulatory matters simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professional integrity.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
