Job description

The Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist combines expertise in digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms to drive online business growth. The role involves the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns that promote OneCare Group and OneLearn services and products, enhancing brand awareness, and driving website traffic and sales, with a particular focus on the maritime industry, while supporting broader marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for OneCare Group and OneLearn, particularly within the maritime industry.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience, increase sales, and improve overall website performance.
  • Create, manage, and analyse paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Promote OneLearn e-shop as a key revenue stream, including digital marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives to drive online sales and optimize the overall shopping experience, market and competition analysis.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing, with a focus on maritime healthcare and education.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies and proposals to support marketing and product strategies targeted at the maritime industry.
  • Support the organization and coordination of the company's participation in industry exhibitions, events, and customer-specific initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across all platforms.
  • Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in the healthcare or maritime industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
