DataArt's global marketing team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and energetic leader to take the helm of our Lead Generation Team. The right candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach to execution, and a passion for driving measurable results across campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a team responsible for executing lead generation initiatives (integrated campaigns, events, and webinars), maximizing ROI and operational efficiency
  • Align each marketing project's scope of work with domain-specific business units in accordance with available resources and business priorities
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders, sales, and marketing colleagues to support and anticipate needed support
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events targeting clients, partners, and prospects
  • Develop and update playbooks and internal documentation covering processes and know-how
  • Contribute to marketing operations improvement and suggest new tools as needed
  • Provide feedback on individual performance, identify skill gaps, and support the team where needed in their professional development
  • Share global team leadership and people management responsibilities, while taking direct responsibility for administration in Lead Generation Team budgeting, hiring, onboarding, absences approval, etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing B2B multi-channel campaigns
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, including managing direct reports and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent project management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven proficiency in event management
  • Fluent spoken and written communication in English
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Experience with marketing automation and ABM tools
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
