Purpose of the Role

Chief of Staff is a strategic project pivotal role in Apple Business Unit, working directly with the leadership and driving key priority initiatives across the business. He/she needs to ensure alignment of the teams (internal and external) to drive BU strategy, in particular for top priority projects. This role combines strategic planning, project management, cross-functional coordination, and executive support to maximize the efficiency and impact of the Apple business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Alignment

  • Ensure alignment between Apple's priorities, ASBIS Apple BU priorities
  • Together with the leadership Identify, quantify, qualify and prioritize business initiatives
  • Track key performance metrics and business outcomes, be ready with the recommendations on keep/scale/stop logic

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align smooth alignment across sales, marketing, finance, business intelligence, channel management, affordability to reach a common goal
  • Act as liaison between Apple BU leadership, ASBIS leadership, including finance teams to ensure compliance with the overall strategy of the group

3. Project & Process Management

  • Participate and structure quartely business reviews
  • Scan the business and propose, structure and implement effective business processes (approval trees, motivation schemes, etc.)

4. Executive Support & Communication

  • Prepare briefings, keynotes and raw data for the management
  • Manage internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging within the Apple team.

5. Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Support team leads in operational discipline, project prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation aligned with excellence standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • From 5 years of relevant experience in consultant companies (i.e. Boston Consultant Group, PWHC, etc.) technology, FMCG, pharmaceuticals industries
  • Proven experience in working with or within similar global tech ecosystems is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong business accumen
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Advanced project management and business planning competence.
  • High EQ, discretion, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, and business intelligence tools

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
