We are seeking a highly skilled Head of VIP to lead the VIP department, developing strategies for high-value players, and managing relationships with these players. This includes setting and delivering KPIs for the VIP team, developing and optimizing VIP player engagement processes, and managing VIP programs, bonuses, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage VIP players.
Leading and motivating a team of VIP managers or account managers.
Building strong, personalized relationships with VIP players.
Setting and monitoring KPIs for the VIP department and individual team members.
Using data to understand player behavior, identify opportunities, and optimize performance
Managing VIP programs, bonuses, and special events to enhance player experience and loyalty.
Managing the VIP department's budget and resources.
Providing regular reports on VIP performance to senior management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Head of VIP or Team Leader in the iGaming industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.
Strong negotiation skills to manage player expectations and offer appropriate incentives.
A good understanding of the iGaming industry and its products.
Proficiency in English and potentially other languages relevant to the target market.
