We are a fast-growing hospitality and real estate group that provides thoughtfully designed, fully furnished apartments tailored for business travelers, digital nomads, and modern families, available on flexible terms that adapt to their lifestyle.

As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and plans to extend into Greece and beyond, we are seeking for a
Business Development Administrator,
you will be the backbone of our growth efforts, supporting the Business Development team as we expand our property network across Cyprus and Greece. You will work closely with landlords, manage key contracts, and ensure smooth administration processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the Business Development team in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts with existing and potential landlords
  • Maintain regular communication with landlords, keeping them updated on company operations and updates
  • Collect, organise, and process data to support business development initiatives
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties
  • Handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in GSuite; experience with is an advantage
