Ratarious Management, one of the leading consulting firms operating in Cyprus and across 104 countries, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Limassol on behalf of a major group in the building materials industry. This is a key role for an experienced professional who can drive strategic growth, expand partnerships, and deliver strong revenue performance in one of Cyprus's most competitive markets.

Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the building materials sector. This role involves strategic planning, market expansion, partnership development, and driving revenue growth through a deep understanding of the industry and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's business development strategy in the building materials industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets (B2B and B2C).
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, construction companies, developers, and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to track trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with profitability and growth targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet customer requirements.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Monitor project pipelines and follow up on leads for timely conversion.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Cyprus and regional construction markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel when needed.
