We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 
Executive Assistant
 to provide top-level support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.

·      Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

·      Prepare and review reports, presentations, and legal/business documents.

·      Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.

·      Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.

·      Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

·      Organize events such as staff meetings and corporate gatherings.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)

·      Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.

·      Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

·      High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
