We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as an Affiliate Manager in Dublin. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate program performance and daily operations.
  • Address affiliate and partner inquiries, resolving account-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct research and negotiate with affiliate networks and traffic partners to broaden reach and align with company objectives.
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership agreements, renewals, and performance-based contracts.
  • Create partnership proposals based on anticipated ROI and performance indicators.
  • Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with program policies, including fraud prevention and guideline adherence.
  • Analyze campaign and sales data to assess effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Explore market trends and demographics to discover new growth and promotional opportunities.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to develop region- and audience-specific promotional materials.
  • Write marketing briefs and help develop advertising assets like banners, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Suggest and implement new campaign strategies, bonus systems, and promotional initiatives for affiliates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), strong in written and spoken communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years' experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management within FX/Crypto and experience with CySEC regulations - must have and visible in CV.
  • Experience in digital marketing, fintech, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing, partner networks, and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with compliance and marketing regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events, conferences, or meetings.
