We are looking for a Payments Manager to join our group of companies to manage payments across regions, ensure accuracy and compliance, maintain bank relationships and drive process improvements and automation.

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of outgoing payments, and the prompt and compliant recording of incoming payments, in accordance with company policies, AML, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the monitoring and verification of payment transactions, manage payment discrepancies, refunds, and rejections, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash movements and positions."
• Monitor and forecast cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and PSPs, negotiate terms, explore potential cooperation and API integrations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of payment tools to enhance efficiency and control in payment and treasury operations.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, procurement, and Legal teams to align processes with business and regulatory requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) a plus;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, treasury, or cash operations in a multinational environment preferably within a banking industry;
• Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance frameworks, and payment regulations (SWIFT, SEPA, AML/KYC);
• Proficiency with payment platforms, ERP systems, and treasury/payment tools;
• Proven experience managing cross-border transactions and working with global payment service providers (PSPs);
• Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous;
