As a Campaign & Activation Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life — from concept to execution. You'll be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns and promotions across various stores, ensuring they are effectively executed and aligned with our goals. You'll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to plan and deliver impactful campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and results.

What you'll be doing

• Campaign Execution – Plan, set up, and launch campaigns and promotions for various stores, ensuring flawless operational delivery.
• Activation Planning – Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to design campaign activations that meet partner goals and local needs.
• Performance Tracking – Create and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promotional Strategy – Support seasonal campaigns and special promotions by coordinating creative assets, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment with brand and performance objectives.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, and Marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication.
• Process Optimization – Continuously look for ways to streamline campaign workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Our humble expectations

• Experience – 1–2 years in campaign management, marketing operations, or similar roles; experience in digital advertising or e-commerce is a plus.
• Campaign Knowledge – Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communication – Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Mindset – Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Tools – Familiarity with campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Ads Manager, internal reporting systems).
• Languages – Fluency in Greek & English.
