Job Description:

  • Strategizes, designs and coordinates digital media campaigns
  • Conducts market research and creates content for digital media platforms
  • Ensuring brand awareness across all digital media channels
  • Improving and increasing the brand's awareness using digital media channels such as Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Maintains a strong online company voice through social media
  • Communicates with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective media campaigns
  • Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available

Person Specification:

  • At least 2-3 years proven work experience in a relevant Digital Media role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Digital Media or a related field
  • Good level of experience with web analytic tools, such as Google Ads
  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other editing software
  • Knowledge of the latest media trends
  • Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget
  • Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
  • Creative and innovative
  • Works well under pressure
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
