Duties and responsibilities


• Processing and entering accounting documents and information into the accounting system


• Prepare debtors and creditors Reconciliation


• Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation


• Issuance of invoices, debt collection and update debtors' accounting records


• Preparation of bank deposits


• Preparation of foreign suppliers' costing and update records to the accounting system


• Communication with banks to arrange the issuance of letters of guarantee


• Intrastat, VIES preparation and submission


• Filing of relevant documents


• Collaborate with other departments to collect required information


• Undertake any other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements and Skills


• Holder of LCCI Intermediate or Higher Diploma


• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position


• Very good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


• Very good command of Greek and English


• Communication skills, pleasant personality and team spirit


• Ability to work consistently and accurately, to meet deadlines under pressure


• Knowledge of Sage accounting system will be considered as advantage

Benefits:
