We are looking for a proactive individual from the financial Trading Industry, for the position of junior Trading Platform Manager to add to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Trading Platforms: Managing and maintaining trading platforms, including MT4/5, C-Trader, MatchTrader, etc.
  • Management of Infrastructure: Administering bridges, aggregators, and order execution engines, such as PrimeXM XCore, OneZero Hub, Centroid Bridge, FXCubic, etc.
  • Third-party Plugin Management: Handling third-party plugins, including MAM/PAMM, SWAP, copy trader, etc.
  • Monitoring the performance of trading systems and platforms, identifying potential issues and risks.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to trading platforms promptly.
  • Testing and implementing updates to the trading platform and systems.
  • Conducting testing and quality assurance for trading systems and platforms to ensure that they meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as Network, Risk Management, to ensure that trading systems and platforms are aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients of trading systems and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Financial Trading industry.
  • Proficiency in MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
  • Proficiency in Bridge systems (e.g. XCore, OZ-HUB, Centroid etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and troubleshoot various technical systems and tools is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in additional languages such as Chinese, Arabic, or Russian is a definite advantage.
  • Effective multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Proactive and self-driven work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
