  • Daily bookkeeping and record transactions on the accounting system for both local and international clients.
  • Preparation of various reconciliations and reports as requested.
  • Preparation of VAT/VIES returns, registrations and de-registrations for clients.
  • Preparation of payroll workings for clients and arrange to settle the income tax and social insurance liabilities.
  • Preparation of management accounts.
  • Ensure completion of assignments within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Liaising with managerial staff and clients. CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • University degree in Accounting / ACCA partially qualified.
    • LCCI Higher will also be considered, provided they have relevant experience dealing with the accounting/tax functions in Cyprus.
    • Knowledge in VAT/VIES and tax related matters.
    • Knowledge of CaseWare will be considered advantageous.
    • Knowledge of ESoft will also be considered advantageous.
    • Good knowledge of the English and Greek languages is essential.
    • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, and MS Office applications.
