Seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer to lead the company's IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy, leading digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, ensures scalability, and supports digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies that enhance business performance, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure that the company's IT infrastructure (networks, systems, and applications) is reliable, scalable, and secure, while driving continuous improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring that all contracts and services meet business needs, performance standards, and budget requirements.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss in case of emergencies or security breaches.
  • Develop and manage the IT department's budget, priorities, and financial management.
  • Partner with other C-suite executives, business unit leaders, and departments to identify opportunities for technology-driven business improvements.
  • Establish and maintain an IT governance framework to ensure that IT investments are aligned with business objectives, and that risks are appropriately managed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior management role, ideally as a CIO or similar executive position.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large budgets and drive cost-effective IT operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and large-scale IT projects.
