Exceptional Client Relationships: The Key to Success



At Emerald Zebra, we're looking for a skilled Client Relationship Strategist to lead our client journey from onboarding to lasting loyalty. As a key member of our team, you'll shape meaningful client relationships, boost engagement, and drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute impactful strategies to enhance the client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
  • Analyze client behaviors and market trends to uncover insights and inform personalized strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive client experience.
  • Manage CRM systems to drive decision-making and improve client interactions.
  • Oversee onboarding to guarantee compliance and deliver a smooth welcome for new clients.
  • Tailor client communications and marketing campaigns for a tailored experience.
  • Monitor client lifecycle metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management or customer success, ideally in financial services.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing client relationship strategies.
