We're seeking a talented Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Emerald Zebra, a leading FinTech company specializing in online trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze client behaviors and market trends to uncover insights and develop personalized, client-centric strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive client experience.
  • CRM Optimization: Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data collection and analysis, driving decision-making and improving client interactions.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Oversee the onboarding process to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, delivering a smooth and welcoming start for new clients.
  • Tailored Client Communications: Implement targeted communication and marketing campaigns, delivering the right message to different client segments for a tailored experience.
  • Insight-Driven Reporting: Monitor client lifecycle metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, or customer success, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
  • A solid understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • A track record of successfully developing and implementing client relationship strategies.
