
Global Partners Marketing Specialist

As a full-time Partners Marketing Manager, you will lead the global marketing strategy for affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in partner marketing within the forex or broader financial services industry.
You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, engagement, and performance through targeted marketing initiatives. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for affiliate and IB channels across key regions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop a marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Work with cross-functional teams to create campaigns to recruit, activate, and retain affiliates and IBs.
- Oversee production of marketing assets tailored for partners.
- L Launch performance-based and co-branded campaigns in coordination with regional teams.
- Partnership Enablement & Growth
- Support partners with customized marketing tools, training resources, and promotional materials.
- Build and manage a partner communication framework.
- Identify high-potential partners and design tailored marketing initiatives to boost their performance.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze partner performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and partner profitability.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in affiliate or partner marketing within the Forex, CFD, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, IB models, CPA/CPL programs, and multi-tiered commission structures.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, partner tracking platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance analysis and ROI reporting.
- C1 level English proficiency
