We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time (8 hours) Customer Support Intern for our Cyprus office – a certified Great Place to Work.

As an Intern, you will be joining the Customer Experience team, learn specifics of the industry, key products and services and get hands-on experience supporting our clients from week one, as well as get the opportunity to stay on full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our Customer Experience team
  • Learn our products and services inside-out through training materials and real-time exposure
  • Assist clients via email and live chat, helping resolve their questions and guiding them through our platforms
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with the help of your mentor and team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure fast and accurate client support

Candidate profile:

  • A recent graduate from a reputable university in Cyprus (Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields)
  • Excellent command of the English language  – both written and spoken
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • A genuine interest in the fintech industry and how it works
  • Willingness to work shifts after training (9:00–18:00 or 16:00–00:00)
