  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions.

  • Manage campaign budgets and audience targeting while ensuring compliance with platform regulations.
  • Scale successful campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, preferably in finance, tech, or online services sectors.
  • Proven ability to drive high-quality, converting traffic in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools and best practices.
  • Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
