
Consumer Packaged Goods Business Development Manager

We're looking for a CPG Business Development Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a high-impact, individual contributor role that will contribute to building profitable business models touching all of Wolt's sales channels. You'll work closely with brand partners to provide massive value to our customer base through the brands they love.
- Commercialization: Leverage our (huge) database to execute commercial initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with our local teams and global ads operations teams to create win-win-win models that bring significant benefits to our brand partners, Wolt, and end-customers.
- Plan Execution: Ensure operational plans are executed effectively, from supply chain management to marketing campaign flows.
- Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: Use industry-leading first-party data on billions of transactions to create actionable dashboards, KPIs, and insights for our business partners.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Languages Proficiency: Fluency in English
- Relevant Experience: Previous global enterprise sales or account management experience, with a proven ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the CPG and e-commerce industries, with experience in the Ads industry being a major plus.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them effectively to C-level executives, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Attitude: Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset, with adaptability, resourcefulness, and proactivity in driving growth and delivering results.
