Merchant Integration Specialist Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional to work with our merchant partners, facilitating seamless integrations and delivering high-quality results.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a solid understanding of APIs and API-based integrations. They will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions to improve the integration process.


Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing incoming integration requests from merchant partners
  • Collaborating with the integrations product team to identify merchant needs and develop effective solutions
  • Communicating with local teams to ensure a smooth consumer experience at integrated venues
  • Proposing and implementing data flows to meet partner requirements
  • Providing support to integrators during testing and rollout phases

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.


Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs and API-based integrations
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
