Job Description

Product Innovation Lead

The Product Manager will oversee the development and implementation of the Client Portal, a core component of our omnichannel payments platform. They will define and execute the product roadmap, balancing user needs, regulatory compliance, and business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation and optimize processes.
  • Define, own, and deliver the Client Portal product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user requirements.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to build scalable, intuitive features.
  • Lead product discovery and ideation, focusing on CRM-related feature development.
  • Validate new ideas through user feedback and data analysis.
  • Develop strategies supporting cross-market scalability and localization.
  • Identify performance and growth opportunities using data and market research.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards across supported regions.
Requirements and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in FinTech or CRM platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets, including localization and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with API integration and platform consistency.
  • Understanding of security and regulatory standards within the payments industry.
