Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payments Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our payment solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate across business, technology, and operations teams to deliver seamless and secure customer payment experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Define Payment Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment products in alignment with business goals.
  2. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market, user, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  3. Oversee Product Lifecycle: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through to delivery, launch, and iteration.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and marketing to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
  5. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards for all payment products and processes.
  6. Build Partnerships: Build strong relationships with external partners, including banks and payment service providers (PSPs).
  7. Monitor KPIs: Monitor and report on KPIs and OKRs, such as payment success rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue contribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in Payments within the Trading, Brokerage, or Fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of global payment systems, scheme integrations, and payment market infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for payments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
