Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates. This role involves making daily outbound calls and follow-ups, assisting new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products, promoting our site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.

Main Responsibilities

  • To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
  • Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups to assist new and current players.
  • Promoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.

Requirements

  • An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
  • A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of Slovenian and English.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
