Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- To engage with clients in their preferred languages and convert inquiries into sales through phone, email, and live chat.
- To provide exceptional service and support to existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- To communicate clearly and effectively in the customer's language.
- To identify customer issues and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
- To maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- To collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- To participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in one or more required languages.
- No prior experience in customer service or sales is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
