Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Representative, focusing on the German market expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and sales skills.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for engaging with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates. Daily outbound calls and follow-ups will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products.
You will work closely with your team leader to understand all targets and collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support to achieve goals.
Requirements- An energetic passion for customer service and sales
- A comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
- Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of German and fluent in English
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
- Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals
- Working in a dynamic European company with opportunities for career growth
- A competitive salary of approximately €35,000 per year, depending on experience
