Job Description

The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Managing incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Booking meeting rooms and assisting with meeting preparations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
