We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Booking meeting rooms and assisting with meeting preparations
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office management tools
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- A high level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
