Position: Customer Support Agent (Farsi) Location: Limassol office or hybrid if out of Limassol, Cyprus Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Excellent Farsi language, both oral and written. Fluent in English.Effectively managing the company chats, E-mails and callsIdentifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfactionReceiving and handling inquiries from New Leads and clients through Phone Calls, Chat, E-mails and PortalOffer support to the lead/client within the specified time frameUpdating CRM and keeping records of all communications and action takenInteract with other departments to solve inquires raised by clients that requires further investigation by sending tasksFollow up with clients and schedule call backs to ensure optimum results and customer satisfactionWork independently and in teamsFollow standard processes and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Proven customer support experienceExperience/background in Forex and the Financial Market is a plusExcellent command of the English (C1) and Farsi (C1) languages, both verbal and writtenProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, OutlookStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and presentation skillsFlexible to work on weekly rotating shifts (morning/ afternoon/ night).
