We are seeking a Corporate Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join a well-established provider of corporate services in Nicosia. In this role, you will manage key corporate administration tasks, ensure compliance, and provide vital support to a diverse local and international client base, as well as internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day matters with the Cyprus Registry, including company incorporation, name applications, changes to shareholders/directors/registered office/secretary/articles, submission of financial statements, share capital changes, and ordering new certificates. Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Update and maintain both physical and electronic company files and profiles. Provide administrative support in communication between auditors, accountants, and in-house client accounts departments. Assist clients with company formation and preparation of relevant documents. Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve departmental standards and targets. Perform other duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the role and the services provided. Requirements: At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role. Broad knowledge of company formation, administration, and statutory matters. Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering regulations (due diligence & KYC). Proficiency in Quorum software is an advantage. Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken). Competence in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Information: Salary range, depending on experience: Euros 1600 Gross Monthly to 2100 gross per month, Plus 13th Salary. Working hours: Mon to Thurs 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 14:00
