Corporate Administrator

This role will see you working with clients' corporate matters and will involve looking after the corporate affairs of a growing multijurisdictional portfolio of companies. You will be responsible for the liaison with clients, Registrar of Companies, agents and other relevant parties. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Department, is expected to look after a portfolio of companies with minimal input from senior management and should possess the following competencies:
· Have a minimum of four years of solid RELEVANT experience in corporate administration field, extensive experience in management of complex international business companies
· Excellent client relationship skills
· Experience in dealing with Trusts and companies
· Possess the ability to manage, educate and develop themselves
· Result oriented, quick thinker
· Excellent communication, co-ordination and management skills for running day-to-day matters and liaise with clients
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Ability to provide support on technical and management issues resolve problems quickly and efficiently
· Excellent command of English and Greek;
Technical skills:
Preparation and submission of documents with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
Knowledge and technical experience of working with major overseas and offshore jurisdictions
Experience of working with Cyprus and Foreign banks including but not limited to the opening of bank accounts and management of banking issues
Preparation of wide range of corporate documents
