About the role:
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join the CDD Support team within our CDD department. In this role, you will step in after the approval of a new client, supporting their account set up, contracts and fees are in place, and all technical settings are aligned so they can start transacting smoothly.
Location: in Limassol Office
Reporting to: Head of CDD
What you will do:
- Handle merchant account setup in internal systems once clients are approved by the Onboarding/KYC team
- Liaise with Tech to ensure correct account configurations and integrations with payment rails
- Manage account users' access rights and permissions
- Input and validate fee schedules in internal systems
- Prepare, process, and finalize contracts, annexes, and related documents
- Issue invoices for onboarding fees and track payments
- Track and follow up on technical support tickets related to account activations
- Oversee merchant lifecycle events, including additions and terminations
- Process change requests (e.g., bank account details, fee structures, settlement setup)
What we're looking for:
- Background in operational setup or client/account support, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Experience working with internal systems and structured procedures
- Cross-team coordination experience, ensuring operational steps are completed without errors

- Accuracy and attention to detail – able to spot and prevent small errors that could delay client activation
- Motivation to excel in a support role – enjoys being the behind-the-scenes enabler who ensures clients go live smoothly
- Task prioritization and organization – able to manage multiple requests and deadlines, balancing urgent tasks with long-term processes
- Fast learner – quick to pick up systems, processes, and payment flows
- Team player – collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders across departments
This role is a great fit if you enjoy working with details, structured processes, and cross-team coordination. You'll receive training and guidance, but the expectation is that you'll quickly become a reliable go-to person for ensuring our clients are fully operational. Your work directly impacts how quickly and smoothly our clients can start transacting.
