Our client is building cutting-edge solutions that power the future of financial services, and they are seeking a driven professional to lead their B2B growth strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or product development sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, banking technology, or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing B2B sales strategies to drive growth across target markets.
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within financial services and enterprise technology.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with product, marketing and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Leading negotiations, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Tracking market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
  • Providing ongoing support to key clients throughout all stages of collaboration
