Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify potential clients and partners through market research and networking.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate deals and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the Cyprus market is advantageous.
