Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
B2B Partnership & Referral Manager
to lead our partner acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management efforts. In this role, you will identify and cultivate high-impact B2B partnerships and referral networks that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll play a critical role in expanding 's footprint through collaborative, long-term partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to attract, onboard, and retain B2B partners and referral affiliates.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, including institutional clients, affiliates, fintech platforms, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize partnership models, commission structures, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and industry networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company goals and legal standards.
  • Support integration processes and ensure seamless partner onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, B2B sales, or affiliate marketing—preferably in fintech, crypto, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of referral programs, B2B lead generation, and performance-driven partnership models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product, and sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
