Location: This is a full-time position based in our Limassol office.
Hybrid model: Work from home up to 2 days a week.
Training period: Requires full-time presence in the office.
Day-to-Day at AscendAd :
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, representing the company in all business and operational matters.
- Analyze and monitor user acquisition data across multiple sources; leverage insights to improve performance, scale campaigns, and optimize processes for maximum ROI.
- Oversee daily campaign performance and execute data-driven optimizations.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios to achieve and exceed monthly KPIs.
- Ensure the timely delivery of solutions that align with client needs, goals, and expectations.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience managing international B2B clients – A must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – A must.
- A true "hunter" personality – Proactively seek new opportunities to grow accounts and deliver exceptional results.
- Solid understanding of customer success principles and ability to maintain long-term partnerships with global clients.
- Skilled in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
