Our fast growing CFD broker is excited to advertise an incredible opportunity for a PSP Manager, who will be the key person for the strategy, leadership, and management of the entire payments function.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in payments or financial operations within a regulated environment (forex/brokerage preferred), including 3 years in leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of global payment systems, cashier systems, PSPs, acquiring banks and alternative payment methods.
  • Good understanding of product architecture, API structure.
  • Expertise in compliance, AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with PSPs, banks, and regulators.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into business value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily and periodic payment processing, payouts, refunds, and exception handling.
  • Monitoring payment gateways for transaction success, failures, and risk signals.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing Payments team as well as define responsibilities, set KPIs, and track performance.
  • Serving as the primary contact for PSPs, cashier system, acquirers, APMs, and banking partners.
  • Negotiating and monitoring partnership terms, SLAs, and commercials.
  • Ensuring PSPs and gateways meet operational and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring payment operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, PSD2, GDPR, data protection).
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to payment fraud, chargebacks, FX fluctuations, and system vulnerabilities.
  • Overviewing technical integration process of new payments implementations, internal Backoffice optimization.
