Operations Manager
.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

  • Supervise logistics and delivery service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth operation of offices and equipment.
  • Organize and oversee off-site catering events.

2. System & Administrative Tasks

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system.
  • Monitor task execution and compliance with internal standards.
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Handle documentation and office paperwork.
  • Manage HR-related tasks (staff coordination, onboarding, documentation).
  • Oversee cash handling and basic financial control.

3. Crisis Management

  • Provide quick solutions for urgent issues (delivery disruptions, technical failures, order errors).
  • Coordinate cross-department actions in emergency situations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role (Operations Manager, Administrator, Coordinator).
  • Previous experience in food service, logistics, or service industries is preferred.
  • CRM proficiency or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, responsibility, and stress resilience.
