Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Medical Device Sales Executive, located in Nicosia.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer portfolio in both public and private sectors (hospitals, medical centers, diagnostic centers)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify client needs and present solutions based on the company's equipment
- Monitor market trends and analyze competition
- Take initiatives to expand the client base and enter new markets
- Provide input on new products, sales proposals, or commercial strategy
- Collaborate with the technical support department to achieve company goals
- Track competitors and market trends
Qualifications
- University degree holder
- At least 3–5 years of experience in medical devices sales
Ability to self-organize, manage time, and take responsibility
- High level of professionalism and adaptability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, with focus on achieving and developing company objectives
- Very good command of Greek and English
- Strong computer literacy and ease with digital tools (CRM, MS Office)
