Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of their client, a trusted provider of corporate, fiduciary, and trustee services, is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Executive – Legal, Transactions & Compliance to join their high-caliber professional
team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will oversee the firm's legal, corporate, operational, and strategic functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality corporate and fiduciary services, full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the efficient, profitable operation of the business.

Responsibilities

· Providing legal advice on the structuring and management of companies, trusts, foundations, and SPVs

· Overseeing drafts, reviewing, and approving shareholder agreements, trust deeds, resolutions, and related documents

· Monitoring and interpreting legal and regulatory developments, ensuring full compliance across client matters and business operations

· Supervising internal workflows, optimising systems and technology, and managing escalations in client service or complex transactions

· Managing compliance processes, including AML/CFT policies, client risk classifications, EDD approvals, audits, and regulatory filings

· Acting as director/trustee on client structures, exercising sound fiduciary judgment

· Leading and mentoring the team, enhancing collaboration, and supporting professional development through training and performance reviews

· Contribute to board and management discussions, strategic planning, financial reviews, and operational KPIs

· Approving client onboarding and pricing decisions for complex or high-value structures

Requirements

· University degree in Law

· Minimum of

10 years' experience in corporate and fiduciary law

· In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations

· Strong leadership and operational management experience

· Strong commercial acumen

· Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

· Computer literate

· Fluent in English and Greek, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
