Position Overview
We are seeking a
dedicated and motivated In-Shop Customer Support Representative
to join our team. This role requires someone who is not only passionate about technology and customer service but also capable of working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions that drive customer satisfaction to the highest level.
The ideal candidate will be mature, responsible, and committed to excellence, with strong IT knowledge and the ability to clearly explain technical details to customers in an accessible way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional in-shop customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Advise customers on laptops, hardware, and ICT products by explaining features, differences, and benefits in clear terms.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and make independent decisions to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Handle sales inquiries and guide customers toward the most suitable products based on their needs.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a proactive approach in all daily activities.
- Lead by example in taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the store environment is welcoming, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest ICT trends, laptops, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, retail, or IT-related roles.
- Strong background in
Information Technology (IT)
or a related technical field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make responsible decisions.
- Punctual, reliable, and fully dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction.
- Mature, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to continuously improve.
